RNAClean XP is a product of the RNase Free grade of AMPure XP, which is highly regarded for DNA purification in next-generation sequencing library preparation. It can be safely used for the purification of RNA, which is easily degraded by trace amounts of RNase. It is suitable for a wide range of applications centered around enzyme reactions using RNA. The purification protocol using proprietary SPRI magnetic beads is optimized, allowing manual experiments to complete the purification of 96 samples in about 20 minutes.
